Nigel Waine, the founder of Waine Tax Training Ltd. has over 30 years of experience as a  corporate tax professional. Nigel formerly worked for PwC (and predecessor firms) and in his time there he has handled the corporate tax affairs of companies, large and small, UK and foreign owned. Nigel also spent a number of years as one of the General Managers of PwC's Compliance Centre with responsibility for delivering over 6,000 corporation tax returns to HMRC

Nigel has, for much of his career, been involved in training both the staff of PwC and PwC clients on corporation tax, presentation skills and business skills. During his time in training he was responsible for the internal PwC corporate tax training as well as more recently heading up PwC's Client Tax Training Team delivering training events on corporation tax as well as designing and delivering bespoke events for larger multinationals who require a more tailored solution.
